Last Updated: July 17, 2026

Welcome to our online store. This document outlines our billing policies and payment terms to ensure a secure, transparent, and seamless shopping experience. By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the terms specified below.

1. Accepted Methods of Payment

To provide you with maximum convenience and security across Australia, we accept a wide range of trusted domestic and international payment options at checkout:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UnionPay.

  • Digital Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

  • Localized Payment Options: Payments processed securely through your linked card or carrier networks supported by our checkout gateway.

Note: We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), personal cheques, or direct bank wire transfers.

2. Secure Payment Processing & Data Encryption

Your financial security is our highest priority.

  • All transactions are processed through a secure, encrypted gateway utilizing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and are fully compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).

  • We do not store, retain, or have access to your full credit card numbers or raw financial credentials. Your payment details are collected and handled exclusively by our certified third-party payment processors (such as Shopify Payments).

3. Payment Authorization and Billing Timing

  • Immediate Billing: Your chosen payment method will be authorized and charged in full immediately upon the successful placement of your order.

  • Order Verification: All orders are subject to fraud screening and validation. In the event that our system flags a transaction as high-risk or detects inconsistent billing information, we reserve the right to temporarily hold the order and request additional verification, or cancel the transaction entirely for your security.

4. Currency and Pricing

  • All prices displayed on our website are denominated and processed in Australian Dollars (AUD) for transactions within Australia.

  • If you are purchasing from outside Australia using a non-AUD account, the final amount charged will be calculated by your financial institution or card issuer based on their prevailing currency exchange rates. We are not responsible for any foreign transaction fees or conversion discrepancies imposed by your bank.

5. GST (Goods and Services Tax)

Where applicable under Australian tax regulations, the Goods and Services Tax (GST) will be calculated automatically based on your shipping destination and will be clearly itemized and displayed during the checkout process before you finalize your purchase.

6. Billing Errors & Refunds

  • Discrepancies: If you notice any unauthorized charges or errors on your billing statement related to a purchase from our Site, please contact our customer support team immediately via our designated support channels.

  • Refunds: All approved refunds resulting from cancellations or returns will be credited back exclusively to the original payment method used during checkout. Please allow up to 10 business days for your financial institution to post the funds to your account balance.
